Wood Pallet Repair and Management effectively sorts, repairs and restocks pallets returned from our customers’ logistics operations, making them ready for reuse. Pallets are categorized according to their type and physical condition; repairable pallets are repaired on safe and high-capacity nailing machines and brought back into production processes. Stocked pallets are made available in the required quantity and shipped on a daily basis to ensure that the production process is not interrupted.
The received pallets are sorted according to their physical condition and intended use and placed in appropriate categories. This process aims to maximize the reusability of pallets and make logistics operations more efficient. Intact pallets are stocked for direct use, while pallets that require repair are directed to the repair process. Scrap pallets are subjected to appropriate recycling or disposal.
During the pallet repair process, pallets requiring repair are identified at the sorting stage and repaired on pallet nailing machines with occupational safety measures in place. The repaired pallets are made available for use on the production line and stocked for rapid shipment according to demand. This process also contributes to environmental sustainability by reducing costs.
